This website and the Shiftly platform (the "Platform") are published and operated by SHIFTLY L.L.C-FZ ("Shiftly", "we", "us"), a company established in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Free Zone Licence No. 2532229.01. Registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. What Shiftly is

Shiftly operates an online employment-technology platform on which Employers publish opportunities and Talents create profiles and apply. The Platform provides candidate discovery, automated matching and ranking, and recruitment-workflow tools, together with optional assessment and interview functionality and AI-assisted analysis.

Shiftly does not represent either party in negotiating or concluding employment terms, does not negotiate compensation or conditions on behalf of either party, does not employ or supply workers, does not sponsor work eligibility, and does not make hiring decisions. Employers and Talents deal and contract directly with one another, and Shiftly is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform.

4. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, databases, matching and ranking logic, interface, design, trademarks and brand elements, belongs to Shiftly or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered or reused without Shiftly's prior written consent, except as permitted under the Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Platform is governed by the Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains how Shiftly handles personal data, the Cookie Policy explains Shiftly's use of cookies, and the AI and Responsible Hiring Policy explains Shiftly's approach to AI functionality. Each is linked from this page.

6. Governing law

This notice is governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, together with the Meydan Free Zone regulations, without prejudice to any non-waivable right a user has under the law applicable to them.

7. Complaints

For a complaint about the Platform, contact us using the details above. For personal-data matters in the UAE, the competent authority is the UAE Data Office. Nothing in this notice limits your right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
